My policies are as follows,

I do require all dogs that come for grooming are up to date on their rabies vaccine. 

When you come to your appointment I do puppy carside and pickup only. So just call or text me when you arrive and I will come out and grab your dog from you car. When your dog is done with their spa/groom time with me, I will call or text you and you can come and pick up your dog at that time. You can also pay with credit or debit card when you come to pay.

My cancellation policy is as follows, 

Unfortunately due to me only being able to schedule a certain number of dogs in my day, when I have someone not show for their appointment or cancel last minute, It affects me and my business greatly. And Due to the large growing number over this past year, the no shows or last minute cancels has become so large, that it has forced me to have a more strict cancellation policy in place. Due to this please note if you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours of your appointment time or don't show for your appointment, your credit card will be charged half of the grooming service that was scheduled for that day.
